For the younger levels, we are working on a recreation league with some clubs around the area like Marshall, Deerfield, Cambridge, Fort Atkinson, and maybe Columbus. We would be having 4 home games and 4 away games. More information to come as we get closer to the start of the season.

Coaches are the leaders of the team. Teaching the players the game of soccer while having fun is our goal.
Coaches need to be available for their team for all practices and games. If they cannot be present, an assistant coach needs to be available. The kids build a bond with their coaches and look to them for guidance and we as coaches need to be available as much as possible for them.
When the team holds practice is up to the coach. Reschedules of both practices and games are also up to the coaches.
Coaches will need to communicate with the parents about upcoming practices, games, and any changes to either. Coaches also need to email the director at a minimum of once a month with a progress report. A sample report will be provided.
Conditioning and stretching is very important for soccer. All teams need to be doing some type of conditioning and stretching. It can be disguised as a game to keep it fun like knockout or world cup.
*If we do not get enough coaches for the teams, the teams will not be able to participate in practices or games.*
